Our history
Our experience and longevity in this financing niche make CFS one of the oldest and most successful construction lenders in Texas. Located in the Hill Country outside San Antonio, CFS serves the whole state: from Amarillo to Brownsville, El Paso to Houston, and all the Texans in between.
Our people
CFS is a group of highly trained professionals familiar with all aspects of residential construction and financing. During approval you will work with your loan officer and loan processor to gather the documentation for the underwriter’s review. Once the loan is approved and closed, you will work hand in hand with the draw specialist during construction.
Unlike other construction lenders, everyone involved in the process is in-house, under the same roof. There is no outsourcing to third parties, so we are all part of your experience from application through the mortgage refinance when the home is complete.
