Builder approval
Unlike many interim construction lenders, CFS does not pull a credit report on the builder. Our loans are based on the borrower’s financials only. To get approved, simply complete the CFS Builder Profile.
Draw procedures
When a home is under construction it is imperative to keep the vendors and subcontractors happy, and working. Material-only draws paid directly to vendors can go out the same day, and draws that include labor within 2 business days once the backup is approved. Read the draw procedures.

We don’t require specific forms for contracts, budgets or specifications, but we offer many templates you can use, from lien waivers and releases to change orders. Download forms.
