Borrowers · Texas construction loans
How to get approved
The approval of a construction loan is based upon many factors: financial stability, builder expertise, the home’s cost and specifications, the land itself, and the borrower’s ability to refinance into a long-term mortgage.
All construction loans need to be refinanced into a traditional mortgage, whether it be a Conventional, FHA, VA or USDA mortgage.
The approval process can include up to 10 different companies all working together to achieve one goal: your approval. Luckily for you, this is what we do every day, so we know what information to gather to expedite the process.
