Privacy Policy: CFS Draw Poster
CFS Draw Poster, a QuickBooks Online integration of Construction Financial Solutions. Effective date: September 9, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Libra Enterprises, LLC dba Construction Financial Solutions (“CFS,” “we,” “us”) handles data in connection with CFS Draw Poster, an internal software integration that CFS uses to record construction-loan draw disbursements in its own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s API.
1. A private, internal tool
CFS Draw Poster is used solely by authorized CFS personnel for CFS’s own accounting and construction-loan servicing. It is not offered to the public, is not directed to consumers, and does not collect personal information from any external or third-party end users. There is no public sign-up, account creation, or data collection from visitors.
2. Information the application accesses
When connected to CFS’s QuickBooks Online company, the application accesses CFS’s own accounting data through Intuit’s API, limited to what is needed to record draw disbursements, including:
- the chart of accounts, vendors, and customers (used to reference the correct account, payee, and borrower);
- check / expense transactions the application creates for construction-loan draw disbursements, including payee names, borrower/loan identifiers, amounts, and memos.
This data originates in CFS’s own systems and QuickBooks company. The application does not gather data from outside parties.
3. How the information is used
Accessed data is used for one purpose: to record CFS’s construction-loan draw disbursements in QuickBooks Online, creating check/expense transactions and reading accounts, vendors, and customers to post them correctly. The data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and is not disclosed to any third party except (a) Intuit, as the platform hosting CFS’s QuickBooks data, and (b) as required by law.
4. Storage and security
The application connects using OAuth 2.0. Access and refresh tokens are stored securely on CFS’s own server, restricted to authorized personnel, and are never shared. All communication with Intuit occurs over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. CFS maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, and access to the application and its connection is limited to authorized CFS staff.
5. Data retention
Transactions recorded in QuickBooks are retained by CFS as part of its accounting records, consistent with CFS’s record-retention practices and applicable law. Connection tokens are retained only while the integration is active and can be revoked at any time.
6. Intuit / QuickBooks Online
The application uses Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API. CFS’s access to and use of its QuickBooks data is also governed by CFS’s agreement with Intuit and by Intuit’s applicable terms and privacy policy. CFS can disconnect the application at any time from within its Intuit / QuickBooks account, which revokes the application’s access.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
